Most plant-based meat products miss the mark on flavour, texture, and cost. Redefine’s proprietary technology has changed that. Served in thousands of restaurants and grocery stores, their steaks, bratwursts, lamb kofta, and pulled pork have closed the “experience gap” for the meat lovers of the world at a price they can afford and without the cholesterol or environmental cost.
